Where Child-Led Play Meets Skilled Pediatric Therapy.
A THOUGHTFUL BLEND OF PEDIATRIC THERAPY, PURPOSEFUL ACTIVITY, AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
Milestones Play Gym & Pediatric Therapy is a calm, welcoming indoor play gym where children build skills through play, movement, and meaningful connection.
We support children through enrichment groups, therapy services, and community experiences guided by The Milestones Method™ — a child-led, sensory-rich, therapist-guided approach.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE FOR FAMILIES
Some families join us for enrichment groups where children build and carry over skills through meaningful activities inspired by Occupational, Speech, Music, and Yoga Therapies, such as play, music, movement, and art. Some come for individual therapy. Many move between these options as their child grows.
There is no required starting point. We simply meet children where they are and move with them.
WHY PARTICIPATION IN MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES MATTERS
When children engage in meaningful activities such as play, movement, music, art, and social interaction, they build confidence, problem solving skills, self-regulation, communication, and motor development.
These experiences support peer interaction, school readiness, and everyday participation in the environments where children live, learn, and grow.
If an activity is not meaningful to a child, it is much harder for learning and growth to occur. This is why meaningful activity is at the heart of everything we do at Milestones.
THE MILESTONES METHOD™
A continuum of support that allows children to move naturally between individual therapy, group participation, and real-world experiences.
Individual Therapy — one-on-one skill building
Integrated Therapy™ — therapy alongside peers to support generalization
Enrichment Groups — guided activity and social connection in small groups
Community Integrated Therapy™ — therapy in the places children live and learn
Community Integration Support™ — a consultative model supporting carryover of skills into daily life
WHY THIS MATTERS
Children do not live in therapy rooms. They live in homes, classrooms, playgrounds, churches, and community spaces.
Our support is designed for all of those places.
